1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer flat rate shipping as well as standard delivery options with estimated timelines:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $15.00 (Estimated delivery: 5 to 7 business days)
  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout (Estimated delivery: 5 to 7 business days)
  • Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume, weather conditions, or postal carrier disruptions.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 to 48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

cozymod is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

If your package is damaged in transit or appears to be lost, please contact us immediately at support@cozymod.shop. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the carrier or reaching out to our support team so we can assist you promptly.
